Over three days in early November, we hosted junior high school students for a work experience program at our company. Based on a number of projects, the students quickly experienced the phases of "review," "analysis," and "prototyping." For three days, they worked hard at unfamiliar tasks such as discussing and expanding on ideas. Thank you for all your hard work! Some students commented that they had previously thought that work at a design office meant drawing pictures, but over the three days, we believe we were able to introduce them to a part of the design process that goes beyond that. We hope that this will be an opportunity for them to think about "work."
