Front loader washer
Softdevice Inc. was in charge of all steps from research/planning to UI design, for this flagship model of a diagonal drum washing machine.
Through continuous workshops from the product planning stage onwards, we worked with our client to explore the ideal washing machine that is easy to operate from a user-centered point of view.
Washing machines are products that are used on a daily basis, and we understand that the operating system, as the central interaction with the machine, is required to be be able to handle repetitive experiences without creating stress to the operator. In addition, we improved the visual consistency of the OS, to accommodate for the premise of a smartphone based operation and interaction.
