During the initial phase of the project, we prepared simulated, remote learning environments and conducted workshop-style idea generation sessions, in order to explore what new forms of remote education are currently missing from typical online classes. Following a thorough field test at live events, implementations of prototypes of the proposed system were build to put the prior research to the test. While projectors create a window to other campuses, we hope that enabling quick switches between lecture materials, live props, or student questions at connected locations, can create are more flexible interconnected virtual learning environment.
